updates, etc.

Next month I am exhibiting at the POOL trade show in Las Vegas.  Yeah, I am pretty terrified.  I am not good at new things. I prefer being an experienced veteran and have contemplated doing a trade show for the past year....letting every excuse get in the way.

Well, 2013 rolled around and it was on my list of scary goals.  I'll never be a trade show veteran unless I start, right?  Plus, I've never been to Vegas.

Since getting back from Ireland, I have been working away on my 2013 line sheets.  I have a lot of products in my shop{s} but not all do I want to sell wholesale and not all can be sold wholesale {one of two of a kinds}.   So, I have narrowed down what to sell and have been busily updating product photos.

In addition to the madness, I decided to introduce a small Boho collection and add it to the wholesale line sheets.  I think I just like having too much to do :).

A few of the pieces ~

I love these new Boho inspired pieces.  The natural touches {read - lots of leaves} throughout the line are different than my other pieces.   I had so much fun designing and creating that I can definitely see myself expanding on this line in the near future.

Have you ever vended at a trade show?  Any advice?  I think I need all the advice I can get!

p.s. the Boho pieces will be in the shop soon....as well as new colors of color dipped brass and hairpin sets and vintage stone studs and flower studs.

p.p.s if you are Emily K. then you won the Yellow Heart Art giveaway!  Look out for my email :).

  5. I am loving the new collection! Is the first headband shown going to be on a metal headband, elastic, or clip? I'd love it if I got to choose.
